"Padecer" deals with several conflicts that plague us in modern times, mainly in Brazil. Although it is not a conceptual work in its essence, the themes converge in some way. The lyrics address the hard survival amid the rise of neo-fascism in society and consequently in politics, the carcinogenic spraying of post-truth in people's minds, the unbridled destruction of nature by the hands of big capital and the uninterrupted exposure to patterns of consumption and of status that lead to the collapse of people's mental health. Thiago Pena's illustration manages to express this entire panorama of destruction, made even more clear by the chaotic features of his art, providing a unique immersion experience within the work's concept.

The album, with a total duration of half an hour, is composed of five new tracks and three old songs re-recorded live, totaling eight songs.
